Please watch. The effect is guarenteed to be good for your health and well-being.

I am not sure about you but it has been a stressful week for me. So when I watched this video the release of pent up emotions was a welcomed relief; a small dose of love culminating in the joy of spontaneous connection.

A seed of laughter ripples out on a sea of feeling good. Even more intriguing is that the "why or what" is irrelevant when we connect on a level independent of words.

An eruption of laughter can bring us to the brink of tears, whether laughter or tears, both are therapeutic and healing in nature.

My wish for you… a blessing by John O'Donohue

Now is the time
to free the heart,
Let all intentions and worries stop,
Free the joy inside the self,
Awaken to the wonder
of your life.

Open your eyes and see the friends
Whose hearts recognize your face as kin,
Those whose kindness watchful and near,
Encourages you to live everything here.

See the gifts the years have given,
Things your effort could never earn,
The health to enjoy who you want to be
And the mind to mirror mystery.

Thank you for this, Liz. I like your line “…the “why or what” is irrelevant when we connect on a level independent of words.” Your understanding of this shows, once again, that you have “the mind to mirror mystery.” This is a great gift of life and those, like you, who have it are the ones who truly see Beauty and live Love.

I love this. I am a twin, and all of our lives we have had moments when we just look at each other and laugh! It is so infectious and needed.

Can you watch this and NOT laugh?!! OMG Thanks Liz, I needed that–good belly laughs!!! As humans, I sometimes think we have become way too serious. The energy of laughter spans human cultures and even affects our pets so they run in circles with joy.

Beautiful example of how laughter or even just a smile is contagious, and how very much we all need it. To connect, to bless, to share joy. Thank you, Liz.

It is remarkable to me that the finest memories we have of departed loved ones are often connected to laughter. My late father’s sense of humor – and the way we could all laugh until the tears came – is always far more appealing to me then recollections of lectures about “important” things. I know this is true for everyone which is why this video is so universal.
