"There is no order of difficulty in miracles. One is not "harder" or "bigger" than another. They are all the same. All expressions of love are maximal." ACIM

Liz Mandala (002)

The everyday human gesture is always a heartbeat away from the miraculous.

Remember that ultimately we make things happen through our actions, way beyond

our understanding or intention; that our seemingly small ordinary human acts

have untold consequences; that what we do in this world means something; that we

are not nothing; and that our most quotidian human actions by their nature

burst the seams of our intent and spill meaningfully and radically through time

and space, changing everything.

Our deeds, no matter how insignificant they may feel, are replete with meaning,

and of vast consequence, and that they constantly impact upon the unfolding

story of the world, whether we know it or not.

I found Nick Caves thoughts meaningful and worth reflecting upon and I thought you might too!

“The everyday human gesture is always a heartbeat away from the miraculous.” Nick Cave’s longer quote is one of the best I have come across in terms of its ability to redefine “Miraculous” and, thus, to signal meaning in our lives. Indeed, your mandala is, itself, miraculous – especially if one sits long with it. Thank you, Liz.

If only we could see the hiddenness and blessing in each of our actions – however they are shared or in whatever circumstances. They are richer than who we are because of the presence of God, the miraculous, that is present. Thank you Nick ad Liz. Mandala, absorbing!

Yes, I agree Erie. I find myself often expressing the thought about how we never really know the impact of a kind or loving gesture but that their is a ripple out effect that goes far beyond what we could ever imagine…expanding out across the unvierse.

Thank you Maureen for sharing , “They are richer than who we are because of the presence of God, the miraculous, that is present.” Love is a miraculous unifying force that knows no bounds.
