Visualize a ray of Loving Light and
let it radiate and touch anything, and any being around you:

I AM LOVING LIGHT,
I AM LOVING LIGHT, I AM LOVING LIGHT.

I ACCEPT THE LOVING
LIGHT IN EACH AND EVERY CELL OF MY BEING. I RADIATE THE LOVING LIGHT ALL AROUND
ME.

I LOVE THE LOVING LIGHT. I AM THE LOVING
LIGHT.

PRAYER FOR CONNECTICUT by Marianne Williamson
For those who bear tonight the unbearable burden
of unimaginable grief,
who in their agony yell at the forces of fate…
For those who moan and those who faint,
for those who rage and those who pray,
we moan and pray along with you.
For tonight, those were our children too.
Dear God, May a legion of angels
come upon these parents.
Bring to them an otherworldly touch,
an otherworldly comfort,
an otherworldly sense that their children are well —
that they are safe with God
and shall be with them always.
Give to those who grieve what no mortal can give…
the touch of Your Hand upon their heart.
May all touched by this darkness
be Lit by Your grace.
Please wipe away all tears, dear God.
as only You can do.

May the Light of Love’s Grace be upon us all.

This last weekend I worked with a nurse who was dealing with the gradual parting with her father as he passes from this life to the next. The pain of being very far away in miles, as well as being far from control of his suffering, was so difficult. We talked about white lighting her father with our love, and offering him to his Higher Power, which seemed to give her some peace. We also talked about surrounding her with light, and she chose pink light to help her feel softness and compassion for her self in this process. Maria, your heart, and Liz, your poem speak volumes about the radical love which we work to make manifest. Blessings!

Thank you for your Beautiful Prayer Liz and the your comments Stephanie and Erie. Stephanie, I often use pink light to surround a person for healing when I do Reiki. It is the light associated with Arch Angel Raphael and I have often felt his presence after calling him in to assist in healing. It was a beautiful gift for your friend and her father.
I grew up a few small towns away from Newtown. My little grand nephew’s school is only 5 miles away. I cannot fathom it. This tragedy leaves us reeling and speechless. Out of this pain that we all share, I hear the strong message to LOVE each other, hold your families close, hug your children and all of your loved ones. I pray that out of this senseless tragedy we recognize the cry to change the sickness in our society that manifests such a scream of anger that expresses itself in this unthinkable violence.
