I hope all American's will find time to read  "The Declaration of Independance" and reflect upon its meaning during this celebratory weekend.

    Woody, thanks so much for offering this encouragement to read the Declaration of Independence. I think it is ever so important that we reflect upon the freedom that we enjoy here in the United States and the sacrifices of so many before us to ensure freedom. We should never take it for granted. I am especially reminded of this when I think of so many people throughout the world that are abused and suffering, whether through human trafficking, the atrocities of war, famine, poverty, and slavery of every type. I cannot fathom what it must be like for a parent to send their children on a dangerous journey of thousands of miles in hopes that they arrive safely in the U.S to have a chance at life and to be free of violence.
