My soul yearns for quietude and wonder in Nature and also seeks adventures on a regular basis, some solely directed to my own fulfillment and others focused on helping others.
But it’s really like looking at a leaf full of summer life: the back side represents my inner self and the front side, my outer life, faces the sun and the darkness in life. Yet both sides of me: inner and outer, both are nurtured when I help another person. The helping and the caring nurture another as they also nurture me! So simple, but so very profound in the scope of life.

Good morning , Erie. This is surely one of my all time favorite reflections. your photo with the moons shimmering light softly blanketing the waves journey to shore. The words emerging from the image moving in a rhythmic ebb and flow, so poetic and soothing yet stirring our hearts to life.
Your written reflection blesses us with luminous pearls. I especially resonate with “Instead of trying to create our own light, we can angle our hearts toward God & reflect Love into the world. As caregivers, we can extinguish the fears of others with our love.”
    Thank you.

This is one truth that many never grow to understand yet is so important to experience the deeper side of God and love.
“Some imagine we are the masters & nature is our servant, that it is our role to redeem nature from the wilderness. Nina knows that it is we who are redeemed by nature.”
