This week we commemorated the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. a man who has inspired all humanity with his visionary dream of a better world. May we honor his memory by working together to transform his dream into a reality.
“Everybody can be great because everyone can serve. You only need a heart full of grace, a soul generated by love.”
“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, what are you doing for others?”
"Let us move on in these powerful days, these days of challenge, to make America what it ought to be.”
"Although social change cannot come overnight, we must always work as though it were a possibility in the morning.”
“All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence.”
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.”
"We must learn to live together as brothers and sisters or perish together as fools.”
“I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear."
“The ultimate measure of a person is not where he or she stands in moments of comfort and convenience but where he or she stands at times of challenge and controversy.”
