A Servant's Heart is one of three keys in Radical Loving Care® (the others are The Golden Thread and Sacred Work.)

All caregivers are evaluated for outcomes. What is often overlooked matters most: Does the caregiver have a servant's heart? Healing Hospital Certification™ awarded by Erie Chapman Foundation requires that each leader answer that "yes" before they hire anyone.
