Here is a lovely, brief, guest post from Terry Chapman:
I Dreamed a dream that all was wrong; no caregivers in their cherished throng!
But woke to see them all in place,
Helping all and full of grace!
My simple poem is a gentle call to cherish and support caregivers, from the smile as you give some cash to a stoplight beggar to the lifetime care you give your family to the self care you give yourself everyday through yoga, or quiet meditations, or walking, or giving thanks to God for all we are and all we have!
Try adding just one more caring act to your to do list and reach out beyond your Christmas card list to say hello. Be the person who always cares!
