
Yes. We all have done the same thing this nurse during a few of our work moments – or perhaps in many. The wise among us celebrated their calling every day. That is surely how I felt.
If you loved your job you may love it even more looking back. You and I are grateful for our careers of service. If you always resented the job, you may be glad you “escaped.” Endless variations on this describe all others.

Yes. I miss my jobs and the chance to influence so many lives as CEO at Riverside, Toledo; Riverside Methodist and OhioHealth, Columbus; and Baptist Hospital Systems, Nashville.
Now, in this moment, I celebrate those years. Fortunately, because of my charitable foundation supporting Radical Loving Caretm I am not done and the work of the foundation will continue after my passing.
